Ayse Yazgan

Ayse Yazgan is an experienced professional in learning and development, coaching, and strategic business management. Currently serving as an Affiliate Coach at uExcelerate since September 2023, Ayse previously held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Gaminar.net, where responsibilities included engagement strategies for a virtual facilitation platform. Ayse has also worked as Senior Director of Talent & Culture at ATÖLYE and has an extensive background in career coaching, including volunteering for high school students at the Darüşşafaka Schools. Other roles include Strategic Business Management at Garanti Bank and Marketing Assistant Vice President at DD Mortgage. Ayse holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Koç University and has completed various coaching programs, further enhancing expertise in talent development and mentorship.
