Neelima Chakara

Neelima Chakara is an experienced executive coach currently working at PurposeLadder since June 2020, specializing in helping senior level lateral hires integrate into their new roles and establish leadership within 90 days. Previously, Neelima served as Director at KPMG Global Services from November 2016 to February 2020, focusing on governance of shared services relationships and stakeholder engagement. Neelima's extensive career at EY spanned from October 2003 to November 2016 in various leadership roles, including Strategy and Implementation Lead and Service Delivery Leader. Neelima holds a CWA in Finance Accounts & Costing, a PMP from the Project Management Institute, and a BA(Hons.) in Economics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
