Shanti Sharma Icf Pcc / Emcc Sr. Practitioner / Mentor Coach

Shanti Sharma is an ICF PCC and EMCC Senior Practitioner and Mentor Coach with extensive experience in coaching and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief Creator, Collaborator, and Coach at Grow with Satori since June 2022, Shanti aims to facilitate awakening through self-discovery. As an Affiliate Coach and Consultant at uExcelerate since October 2023, Shanti focuses on leadership and executive coaching. Previously, Shanti held the position of Country Learning Lead at ANZ from July 2015 to June 2022, championing the creation of an innovative learning organization. Earlier roles include a General Manager in Training and Development at Accenture, where Shanti was responsible for strategic learning initiatives, and various positions at NIIT and IASRI, focusing on technical writing and training. Shanti holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Honours from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT, with further qualifications as an EMCC Senior Practitioner expected by July 2029.
