Kristin Settle

Kristin (Boe) Settle is an accomplished Compensation & Benefits Manager at UF Health Jacksonville since April 2024, previously serving as Manager of Total Rewards at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. from July 2023 to April 2024. Kristin has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, having worked at UF Health Jacksonville from January 2015 to July 2023 in various roles, including Compensation & Benefits Manager, Compensation & Benefits Analyst, HR Generalist, Senior Human Resources Analyst, and Human Resources Associate. Responsibilities included analysis of compensation programs, administration of benefit programs, conducting annual audits, consulting management on job descriptions and union grievances, and assisting in recruitment efforts. Kristin holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Real Estate from Florida State University.
