Andrew Axelrad

Andrew Axelrad, MBA, currently serves as a Scribe in the Department of Emergency Medicine at UF Health, where responsibilities include capturing and recording medical information during patient-physician interactions. Previously, Andrew held various managerial roles in the food service industry, such as Senior Program Manager and Senior Operations Manager at Mealco, where significant achievements included onboarding over 100 restaurant partners and directing operational launches that achieved unit profitability. Other notable positions include General Manager at Forkright and Roti Modern Mediterranean, where Andrew successfully managed operations and optimized customer experiences. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality and Finance from Les Roches, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management, Marketing, and Legal Studies from Tulane University. Currently pursuing a Post Baccalaureate degree in Pre-Health at the University of Florida.
