Angelica Koval

Angelica Koval has extensive experience in healthcare operations and optimization, serving in various roles at UF Health since January 2007. Currently an Optimization Analyst and Workflow Specialist, Angelica is certified in EpicCare Ambulatory and Epic Cadence, with training and implementation experience in these applications. Previously, as the ACU Clinic Manager, responsibilities included managing a significant budget, overseeing clinic operations, and fostering growth through marketing and networking. Other roles include Education & Training Specialist, where credentialed training was provided for Epic applications, and Financial Counselor, handling patient financial responsibilities and billing. Angelica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and completed an Educator Preparation Institute at Santa Fe College.
