Jenifer Calcamuggi, M. Ed., serves as the Associate Vice President of Organizational Development & Learning at UF Health. With a diverse background in learning and talent development, Jenifer has held roles such as Director of Learning and Talent Development at Shake Shack and Director of Enterprise Learning & Organizational Development at Office Depot, where responsibilities included managing corporate learning initiatives. Additionally, Jenifer was the Principal Owner of Arrow & Co. Learning and focused on personal goals during a career break. Jenifer's early career features a significant role as National Development Consultant for the K-12 Solution Division, complemented by experience as a Senior Manager in Corporate Learning & Organizational Development at Office Depot.
