Aparna Bhat has had an extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Aparna started their career as a Fellow at Emzingo Group LLC in 2013. Aparna then worked as an Associate at Ennovent from March 2014 to December 2014 before taking on the role of Associate Manager-Ennovent Pool from January 2015 to December 2015. Aparna also worked as a Spanish Teacher at Hispanic Horizons from May 2014 to December 2017.
In 2015, Aparna joined Atma - An Accelerator for Education as a Partnership Manager, where they provided management capacity building support to several NGOs, including Mentor Me India, Maharashtra Dyslexia Association, Urmi Foundation, and Suryoday Trust. In October 2017, they were promoted to Senior Partnership Manager and also took on the responsibility of managing the Accelerator Programme for the Mumbai cohort of 20 NGOs. Aparna held these positions until December 2017.
Aparna then worked as a Strategy and Finance Consultant at Agora Partnerships from January 2018 to December 2018 before joining LEAD School as AVP - Strategy and Operations in January 2019. Aparna held this position until April 2020.
Aparna founded The Traveling Thali in January 2020 and served as its founder. In March 2020, they also became a Strategic Advisor at Maharashtra Dyslexia Association. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at Eithos from April 2020 to September 2020.
Most recently, Aparna joined UFacilitate in April 2020 as the Chief Community Builder.
Aparna Bhat pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from IE Business School from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics from 2008 to 2011.
