Jessi Bellama is an accomplished Facilitation Coach and Consultant at UFacilitate, providing transformative experiences for leaders across various sectors. As the Principal and Owner of Bellama Consulting LLC, Jessi focuses on enhancing organizational impact through human-centered design. Previously, as Managing Director at The Global Knowledge Initiative, leadership was provided in organizational strategy and culture. Jessi has also contributed significantly to CrossFit DC, the Peace Corps, Context Partners, Booz Allen Hamilton, Wellington Management, World Education, and the Peace Corps in diverse roles that emphasize organizational development, stakeholder engagement, and social impact. Educational background includes a BA from Kenyon College and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
