Rochelle Claude Kotar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Rochelle currently holds the role of Senior IT Manager at UFG Insurance since 2018, where they set the foundation and vision for the success of the IT Managers and their team members. Rochelle also develops and coaches IT Managers using coaching ideology and supports UFG's Leadership Promise.

Prior to this, Rochelle worked as a Program Manager at UFG Insurance from November 2018 to June 2022. Moving further back, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Alliant Energy from August 2017 to November 2018, focusing on developing innovative customer solutions in the energy sector.

Between November 2015 and August 2017, Rochelle worked as a Senior Project Manager at MedTouch, where they helped healthcare organizations succeed online by developing digital strategies and creating scalable technical components.

Before MedTouch, Rochelle held the position of Director, Strategic Delivery at ACT from April 2010 to August 2015. Finally, they began their career at Pearson Education in 1993 as an Assessment Delivery Manager, a role they held until 2010.

Throughout their career, Rochelle has demonstrated their expertise in IT management, program management, project management, and strategic delivery. Their experience across various industries showcases their adaptability and ability to drive success in different environments.

Rochelle Claude Kotar, CPC, CSPO, CSM, PMP completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Iowa, from 1987 to 1993. In addition to their degree, Rochelle has obtained several certifications over the years. These include being a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), both from iPEC Coaching, obtained in July 2022 and June 2022 respectively. Rochelle is also a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in December 2020, a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) and a Certified Agile Leadership I, both from Scrum Alliance, obtained in November 2020 and June 2020 respectively. Moreover, Rochelle is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute since November 2015. Additionally, they have completed an Advanced Management and Leadership program from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in April 2015. Rochelle is also a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2020.
