Joe Sullivan

Joe Sullivan has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Advocacy Partner-Claims at UFG Insurance since January 2018, where collaboration with Claims, Underwriting, Risk Control, and Marketing has led to increased growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction for insurance agencies and brokers. Previous roles include Commercial General Liability Bodily Injury Claims Supervisor, where management of complex claims occurred, and Senior Field Claims Representative, addressing both personal and commercial claims. As the Owner and Sales Manager of Joseph Sullivan Insurance Services from June 2012 to March 2019, Joe managed a substantial book of business. Additional experience at Travelers involved managing multiple claims units while handling catastrophe claims in the field, and at Mercury Insurance, Joe addressed various types of claims. Joe Sullivan holds a degree from the University of South Florida.
