F. Javier Lacasa Fuertes is a Telecommunications Engineer at the Public University of Navarra (UPNA) where he graduated “ cum laude ”, and has a master's degree in Global Business Administration at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a Master of Business Administration ( MBA) by EADA –Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración- in Barcelona, ​​Spain. Mr. Lacasa joined UFINET in 1999, initially in Madrid as Project Manager and since 2002 he began his career in Latin America, first as Country Manager for Guatemala, in 2007 as Director for Central America, and since año 2009 funge as EVP – Executive Vice President-for Latin America, having been a key figure in the exponential growth of business in the region and its geographic expansion, with high fiber optic deployments and operations in 15 countries.
