Manish Bhaisare

Manish Bhaisare serves as CTO at UflexReward since its inception in Q4 2017. For the last 27+ years he has been a Human Capital Management technologist to multiple industries/verticals incl. FMCG, Banking, Insurance, financial services, IT consulting, Retail, Education, Defence, Government & Charity organisations.

He has been instrumental in all stages of Workday and PeopleSoft implementations starting with RFPs, vendor selection projects, transition, training to post-live care. Prior to HR arena, he was Technology Implementer at Andersen Consulting on a Banking Merger project and before that was designing complex enterprise applications for Reliance Petroleum one of the world’s largest petroleum refinery.

Manish holds a bachelor’s in chemical engineering (1993) from IIT Bombay, India and master’s in information science (1998) from University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. His current learning interests includes algorithmic trading, ethics on AI/ML, crypto currencies and blockchain.
