Peter Berry

Peter Berry is European Regional Director at uFlexReward. In his role, he is responsible for sales and account management across Europe. With his extensive experience in accompanying international customers adopt SaaS to optimise business processes across many functions and geographies, Peter is a contact of choice to discuss all aspects of total reward digitalisation.

Peter has extensive background in working in customer facing roles including support, customer satisfaction, account management and sales management.

Prior to this new role at uFlexReward, Peter held sales management positions at VONQ and eQuest, both SaaS providers in the talent acquisition space. At eQuest he developed their European market presence tenfold and prior to this role he was Alliances and Partner Manager at Oracle for Enterprise Content Management solutions.

Peter joined in March 2022. uFlexReward is The Digital Total Reward Platform that aggregates all elements of total reward across all employees and all countries into a single database so that complete analysis, insights, and communications can be performed.
