Bindu Jacob

Bindu Jacob has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bindu currently serves as the KMP - Human Capital Function for UFO Moviez India Limited, where they act as a trusted advisor to the Board and is responsible for setting the strategy and direction of people programs. Bindu also leads the HR & Administration Function for the UFO group and its promoter organization. Prior to this, Bindu held the position of Head of HR & Administration at UFO Moviez India Limited.

Before joining UFO Moviez India Limited, Bindu worked as the Head of Human Resources at Tech Mahindra Business Services, where they played a crucial role in the organization's transformation journey and focused on change management and strengthening core HR processes.

Earlier in their career, Bindu held the position of Associate Vice President at Deutsche Bank, where they partnered with complex business processes in the investment banking sector and provided strategic consulting to support corrective actions in people and processes. Bindu also advised verticals on business structures and governing policies.

Bindu's work experience also includes a role as Associate Vice President at WNS Global Services, where they strengthened the business partnering function, measured efficiencies based on VOC scores, and implemented various HR initiatives such as career path planning, employee communication channels, and compensation and benefits policies.

Bindu Jacob completed their Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from SIES college of Science Arts & Commerce from 1992 to 1995. Bindu then pursued a Masters in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai from 1995 to 1997.
