Louisa Stacey has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Louisa started their career as a Post-doctoral Research Assistant at the University of Oxford, where they conducted research on the use of magnetoencephalography in evaluating psychiatric illness.

Louisa then joined the NHS Leadership Academy as an NHS Graduate Management Trainee, where they gained experience as an Assistant Operational Services Manager for the Trauma directorate at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust. Louisa also worked as a Data and Insight Executive during a flexi-placement at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH.

Louisa continued their career in the healthcare sector at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Louisa held various roles, including Thames Valley Trauma Network Manager, Acting Operational Services Manager for Trauma, and Divisional Programme Manager.
