Monika Stepinska

Monika Stepinska has extensive experience in software development, specializing in frontend technologies. Currently serving as a Frontend Developer at Ufonia since October 2025, Monika previously worked at LexisNexis Cipher for over a decade, where responsibilities included managing development projects and creating a complex front-end UI for a patent data analysis tool. Earlier roles encompassed full stack development at Experian, where a multilingual UI was developed for an online identity protection platform, and web application development at Houxou Ltd., creating a custom CMS. Monika began the professional career as a Software Tester and Deployment Engineer at Sawan and has also held positions as a Software Developer at Software Mind and Diagnostyka. Monika holds an MSc in Computer Science from Jagiellonian University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
