Charles Werner

Charles Werner currently serves as the Manager of the Prototype Machine Shop at Sensata Technologies since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Application Engineer at Technimetals and a Senior Application Engineer at both Rosco Manufacturing, LLC, and Methods Machine Tools, Inc., where responsibilities included creating process flow applications and supporting presale efforts for CNC systems. Prior to that, Charles worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Apple and a Senior CNC Programmer at Tiffany & Co. with additional experience as a CNC Programmer at Cobham Defense Electronic Systems and a Machinist at Waters. Charles also owned Exotic Machine INC, managing various operational aspects of a small business, and held a supervisory position at Bose Corporation, contributing to rapid prototyping for audio components. Education was completed at Tri-County Voc Tech High School, earning a Master degree.
