Umar Gulzar is the CEO and Partner of UG Property Partners, a real estate investment and asset management firm established to focus on the Danish market since March 2022. Prior to this, Umar held a Senior Associate position at PATRIZIA AG within the Nordic Transactions Team for a brief period in 2021. Experience also includes roles as Senior Investment Manager and Investment Manager at Fokus Asset Management A/S from January 2019 to September 2021, and Associate at Cushman & Wakefield | RED between January 2017 and December 2018. Earlier career stages involved work as a Procurement Consultant Assistant and Student Assistant in Procurement Consulting at Pfizer from June 2014 to April 2016, and as an Account Manager at Human Interact in 2012. Umar holds a Master of Science in Economics with a specialization in Accounting, Strategy, and Control from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Economics from the same institution. Additionally, education includes completion of high school studies in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at Greve Gymnasium.
