Joshua Kato

Joshua Kato, ACCA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Tax Accountant at Uganda Baati Ltd. since October 2022. Previously, Joshua held roles as a Senior Accountant and Chartered Accountant at Uganda Tea Corporation Ltd. from July 2022 to October 2022 and January 2021 to October 2022, respectively. Earlier experience includes positions as an Audit Associate at Everest Accounting & Consulting Company and Deloitte, along with an Accountant role at The New Vision Printing & Publishing Company Ltd. Joshua's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Kyambogo University, ACCA qualifications from Kaplan Business School and Kaplan University, and specialized training in tax law from the East African School of Taxation and the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
