Uganda Cancer Institute
Noleb Mugisha currently serves as the Head of the Comprehensive Community Cancer Programme and Principal Medical Officer at the Uganda Cancer Institute since October 2018. Noleb also holds the position of PhD Fellow in Community Oncology and Assistant Lecturer, serving as the Head of the Community Cancer Department at Makerere University since 2005, where responsibilities include teaching medical students. Prior experience includes a medical doctor role at Mulago from 2005 to 2016. Noleb Mugisha's educational background includes studies at the University of Washington and Makerere University.
