Claire Nandugga Baguma McIps Mba

Claire Nandugga Baguma MCIPS, MBA, serves as a Procurement Officer at Uganda Development Bank since December 2022. Previously, Claire held the position of Category Lead_Procurement at dfcu Bank from January 2020 to December 2022 and worked as a Technical Buyer at Total Uganda Limited from August 2016 to January 2020. Claire's expertise includes analyzing major procurement projects, maintaining supplier databases, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating and analyzing bids, executing procurement processes, and participating in report writing activities. Claire is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain at Uganda Management Institute, having obtained a Graduate Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply in the UK, and a Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Makerere University.
