Moshen Kiyemba is an experienced professional in risk management and auditing, currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Risk at Uganda Development Bank since February 2023. In this role, Moshen focuses on developing and executing the risk department's work plan and establishing strategies to manage risks associated with the Bank's operations. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Internal Auditor at Uganda Development Bank from August 2018 to February 2023, where Moshen identified audit risks and coordinated reporting efforts. Additionally, an earlier role as Internal Auditor at the Electricity Regulatory Authority involved revising audit methodologies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Moshen holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, is a Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA, and has professional certifications in accounting from ACCA and ICPAU.
