Paul Michael Bukenya is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in business technology and IT service management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Technology at Uganda Development Bank since January 2020 and as an Associate Consultant at Uganda Management Institute since June 2017, Paul has a proven track record in strategic leadership roles across several organizations including DFCU Bank and Opportunity International. Notable positions include CIO at Global Trust Bank Uganda, Commercial Operations Manager at Barclays Africa Group Limited, and Head of IT at Barclays. Paul holds multiple degrees and certificates in management and leadership, including a Master's in Management Science from Uganda Management Institute and a Cranfield Award in Business & Leadership from Cranfield University Business School. Presently, Paul is pursuing a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership at Bakke Graduate University.
