Pauline Elizabeth Arigye is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Asset Finance Officer at Uganda Development Bank since May 2022. Previous roles include a brief tenure as a Graduate Trainee at KCB Bank Uganda in March to April 2022 and a Quality Control Engineer at Archtech Consultants from July 2020 to March 2022. Additionally, Pauline completed training at the Ministry of Works and Transport's Central Materials Laboratory and the Ministry of Water and Environment in 2019 and 2018, respectively. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Uganda Christian University (2016-2020) and two Professional Certificates in Development Finance from the Association of African Development Finance Institutions obtained in May and June 2022.
