Pauline Namukaaya-Tayebwa has extensive experience in credit analysis and risk management across various banks in Uganda. Currently working as an Investment Analyst at Uganda Development Bank, Pauline previously held key roles such as Credit Evaluation Manager at Stanbic Bank Uganda and Ag. Head of Credit Administration and Control at Orient Bank Uganda. With a Master's degree in Business Administration from Makerere University, Pauline has a strong background in financial analysis and credit assessment for retail and business banking. Pauline has a proven track record of identifying sound credit prospects and ensuring adherence to credit risk frameworks.
