Nixon Kamukama

Dr. Nixon KAMUKAMA is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Business from Makerere University, a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) from Makerere University Kampala. Dr. Kamukama has served as Professor at Makerere University Business School and is currently the Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic Affairs at Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST).

He is 54 years of age and has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director in UEGCL for six years, since 6th December 2012. He is the Chairperson of the Finance & Audit Committee and is a member of the Governance, Risk and Compliance. Committee of the Board.
