Philips Obita

Philips Obita currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC) since October 2020, after previously holding the position of Head of Development and Production at the same company from August 2017 to October 2022. Philips Obita holds a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Geosciences from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), earned between 2002 and 2004.
