Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC), comprising the CEO, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO), spearheads the strategic direction and overall management of the company. They ensure alignment with UNOC's vision and mission, drive sustainable growth in Uganda's petroleum sector through strategic partnerships and innovation, and oversee both commercial and operational excellence. Additionally, they are responsible for fostering a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement across the organization.
