Ahimbisibwe Andrew is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in technical audit and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Audit at the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) since July 2017, previous roles include Technical Director at SAJAC International Limited and Deputy Manager Civil at Energy Infratech Pvt. Ltd. During tenure at SOUTHGATE PROPERTIES LIMITED, Ahimbisibwe managed real estate development projects. Experience also includes a position as Site Civil Engineer at Archtech Consults (U) LTD, focusing on road and building development supervision. Ahimbisibwe holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering from Kyambogo University, along with an Ordinary Diploma in Civil and Building Engineering.
