Denis Kato is a seasoned professional at Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office since July 2020, where responsibilities include coordinating and developing standards for project implementation in alignment with URA's policies and international standards. Denis has also been a Strategy Development and Management expert since December 2010, focused on reviewing and improving business operations. Additionally, experience as a Supervisor of Business Development has involved similar evaluative and improvement tasks. Denis holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Quantitative Economics from Makerere University, complemented by high school education from Jinja College.
