Georgette Kihumbu

Georgette Kihumbu is a seasoned tax and treasury manager with extensive experience in tax consulting and accounting across various industries. Currently serving as the Tax and Treasury Manager at UGE since November 2024, Kihumbu previously held senior tax positions at Mazars in Canada and EY, where responsibilities included drafting tax memoranda for international business transactions and providing tax optimization advice. Kihumbu’s career began with a foundation in research accounting at the University of Pittsburgh, complemented by roles in tax preparation at PwC and financial internships at YWCA USA. Kihumbu holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and International Business from Carlow University.
