Helene Niedbala

Helene Niedbala currently serves as Responsable des ressources humaines at UGECAM ALSACE since September 2023. Prior to this role, Helene held the position of Juriste RH - Experte en relations Sociales at Daimler Truck France from June 2012 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing collective and individual relations, overseeing HR projects, and ensuring compliance with performance indicators. Helene's extensive experience also features roles at Lidl France, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S., CRÉSUS, Mars, and Kalamazoo College. Helene holds several degrees, including a Master’s in Corporate Strategy and Finance from Sciences Po Strasbourg and a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise. Additionally, Helene has a specialized certificate in social law from the University of Montpellier.
