UG Healthcare Corporation Limited is a Malaysia-based manufacturer and distributor of natural latex and nitrile examination gloves. The Company operates through two business divisions, Manufacturing and Distribution. The Company manufactures and offers its examination glove products under its own brand name, Unigloves, as well as third-party labels. It also distributes ancillary products that include surgical, vinyl and cleanroom gloves, face masks and other medical disposables. Its products are sold to over 50 countries, including Germany, the People's Republic of China (PRC), the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, South Korea, Japan, Canada, Nigeria and Brazil. The Company has a distribution network through its own distribution companies based in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, the PRC, Brazil and Nigeria, as well as through third-party distributors. The Company has two manufacturing facilities located in Seremban, Malaysia.
