Kelly Beaver (she/her)

Kelly Beaver has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Kelly has held various leadership roles at UGI Energy Services and UGI Utilities, Inc. Kelly'smost recent role was as Vice President - Energy Marketing and Supply at UGI Energy Services. In this position, Kelly was responsible for overseeing the sale of natural gas and power, as well as optimizing company-owned assets. Kelly also implemented Robotics Process Automation technology to enhance business processes. Prior to that, Kelly served as Vice President - Engineering and Operations Support at UGI Utilities, Inc., where they were responsible for ensuring safe and reliable natural gas utility service. Kelly also led the UNITE Program, a technology replacement program, and served as the Executive Sponsor for UGI's Next Information Technology Enterprise. Before joining UGI Utilities, Inc., Kelly worked at UGI Energy Services, Inc., where they held the positions of Director - Supply & Asset Optimization and Manager - Supply & Asset Optimization. Kelly was also a Staff Engineer - Supply & Asset Optimization during their early years with the company. Kelly started their career at UGI Utilities, Inc. as an Engineer II - Gas Supply and later worked as a New Business Engineer, where they designed natural gas piping systems and managed installation projects.

Kelly Beaver attended Lehigh University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering. Kelly then went on to pursue a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Saint Joseph's University from 2003 to 2006. In 2003, Kelly also participated in the Leadership Berks program. In 2010, they attended the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and completed the Leading for Organizational Impact: Looking Glass Experience. Finally, in 2016, Kelly participated in the Business Essentials for Executives Program at The Wharton School.
