Lubens Thermitus has extensive experience in sales, analytics, and business development across various industries. Currently serving in multiple roles at UGI Energy Services since June 2021, including Customer Sales & Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Environmental, Social, & Governance Strategy, Lubens has demonstrated a strong focus on strategic initiatives. Previous positions include Strategic Partnerships at Drexel University Online, Business Development and Marketing at Philadelphia Federal Credit Union, and various marketing roles at Freedom Credit Union. Lubens also founded and managed ThInvest Property Group. Academically, Lubens holds an MBA in Business Analytics & Innovation Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and possesses additional MBA qualifications in Global Business Diplomacy from Arcadia University, as well as a BSBA in Sales & Marketing from DeVry University and a BSBA in Management Marketing from Holy Family University.
