Brynn Lange

Brynn Lange, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at UGI Corporation, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business objectives and coaching leaders on organizational change initiatives. Previously, a decade of experience at ERM included roles as Sr. Human Resources Business Partner & Onboarding Manager, where Brynn developed ERM’s first centralized onboarding team, and as Talent Acquisition Early Career & Operations Manager, leading initiatives to enhance early career engagement. Prior to ERM, Brynn held various HR and recruiting roles at Susquehanna International Group, Ernst & Young, Emory University, and Sungard, gaining extensive expertise in recruitment processes, HR management, and employee engagement. Brynn holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
