Amir Foroodi

Amir Foroodi is an experienced project manager specializing in signalling and train control systems, currently holding a position at UGL since August 2023. Prior to this role, Amir served as Director of Projects and Senior Project Manager at Light Rail Consultants Pty Ltd from February 2019 to August 2023. Amir's career includes significant roles at Telstra as Senior Solutions Lead from April 2011 to February 2019, and at Ericsson as Program Manager between January 2008 and December 2010. Amir began in the industry at Huawei Technologies, where responsibilities included Project Manager and Technical Support Engineer from March 2001 to December 2007. Amir holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Azad University of Tehran (2000-2002) and a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (1995-2000).
