Grant Williams

Grant Williams is an experienced project manager and sports administrator with a diverse background in Australian football and engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager at UGL since November 2024, Grant previously held various leadership positions within the Australian Football League (AFL) from 2009 to 2024, including Head of Talent Pathways and National Talent Development & Competitions Manager. Prior roles also encompass general management and project management at AFL Victoria Limited and Carlton Football Club. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from RMIT University, Grant's early career includes nearly 15 years as a consulting structural engineer, primarily in the offshore oil and gas sector.
