Justin Millard

Justin Millard is an experienced electrical and instrumentation professional currently serving as the E&I Lead for Cross River Rail at UGL since January 2023. Prior roles include E+I Lead at Austunnel, where responsibilities encompassed TBM construction and commissioning, and electrician positions focusing on tunnel boring machine installation. Millard has held various leading hand roles at Absolute Commissioning Group and EnerMech, contributing to the construction and commissioning stages of the West Connex Tunnels. Previous experience includes hazardous area electrician roles at Downer and Thiess, specializing in inspections and construction of hazardous area equipment. Millard's career began with roles in electrical installation and construction for various infrastructure projects, including power substations and iron ore plants, following education completed at Linpark High School from 1999 to 2003.
