Katherine McPherson

Katherine McPherson is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as Group Manager for Performance & Development at UGL since October 2016, Katherine has held multiple managerial roles within the company, focusing on performance, talent, and corporate culture. Prior to UGL, Katherine was an Organisational Capability Advisor at Caltex Australia and held positions at NSW Trade & Investment as Graduate Program Manager and Learning and Development Advisor.
