Nicola Dickins Mbpss

Nicola Dickins MBPsS currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at UHA, an architectural practice with international offices in London, Lisbon, Budapest, Limassol, and Mumbai, since November 2020. Prior to this role, Nicola worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant at MabelHR and as an Organisational Consultant at Aunt Mabel Consulting. Earlier experience includes internships and positions in human resources and consulting at various organizations, including Bupa and American Express Business Travel. Nicola holds a Master's Degree in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of East London.
