Kelly Uhacz

Kelly Uhacz is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in stormwater management, project review, and design. Currently serving as a Photographer’s Assistant at Uhacz Photography LLC and as a Sand Artist at Seaside Sand Art, Kelly previously held roles at various municipalities, including Civil Engineer and Development Reviewer, where responsibilities included reviewing development plans and managing water quality compliance. With a strong background in civil engineering, including experience at Red Plains Professional, Inc. and MacKay & Sposito, Inc., Kelly has designed numerous stormwater facilities and conducted inspections to ensure regulatory compliance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering from Portland State University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
