David Wamback is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in customer service and logistics. Previously, as a Logistics Specialist at Amazon, a 100% reliability rating and exceptional customer service were achieved in order fulfillment operations. At CLEAResult, David excelled as a Call Center Representative, converting inbound calls to sales by 52%. Additionally, experience as a Member/Guest Services Representative at Shelter Harbor Golf Club emphasized a commitment to tailored customer experiences. David holds a BA in Political Science and African-American Studies from the College of Charleston, along with a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and an MS in Market Research Analytics/CAGS Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
