Cassandra Rogers, BSBA, CPC, CRC, is an experienced Associate Director of General Management with a strong track record in developing enterprise relationships and mentoring teams. In their current role, they manage client products and oversee a hierarchical team of 3,000, generating over $60 million in annual revenue while managing a $6 million payroll. Previously, Cassandra held positions at UnitedHealth Group, including Network Program Manager and Sr. Product Manager, where they focused on enhancing client services through data-driven insights. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Western Governors University.
