Jeff Martin

Jeff Martin is the Director of NAIC Policy in Regulatory Financial Operations at UnitedHealthcare, a position held since December 2007. In this role, Jeff monitors and reports on key financial issues impacting UHG’s regulated entities and key policy initiatives from state departments of insurance. Prior to this, Jeff served as the Supervisor of the HMO Financial Analysis Unit at the Illinois Department of Insurance for 21 years, where responsibilities included analyzing financial statements and managing audits for over 50 regulated entities. Jeff is a cum laude graduate of Illinois College and has earned designations from the Health Insurance Association of America. Currently, Jeff serves on the Board of Directors of UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company of Illinois.
