Kendra Jones, MBA, serves as the Director of Claim Pricing Products at UnitedHealth Group, a position held since April 2007, where modernization of claim pricing products is prioritized to enhance value-based care and consumer transparency. With substantial experience in operations technology and business processes, Kendra has led significant initiatives leveraging advanced technologies to optimize claim processing for over one billion claims annually. Previous roles include Capability Director, Sr Program Manager, Network Program Manager, and Operations Manager within UnitedHealth Group, and Operations Supervisor at Golden Rule Insurance, where Kendra played a crucial role in various healthcare operations functions. Kendra holds an MBA from the University of Indianapolis and has recently completed a professional education program at MIT.
