Krishna Ramachandran

Krishna Ramachandran serves as the Chief Information Officer at UnitedHealth Group, providing strategic leadership for software, infrastructure, and AI solutions within the Operations & Experience division since July 2025. Concurrently, Krishna holds a position as a member of the Physician-Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Krishna has also worked as an Executive Advisor, delivering strategic guidance on value-based care and health data exchange, and previously served as Senior Vice President of Health Transformation and Provider Adoption at Blue Shield of California. In academia, Krishna contributed as a lecturer and advisor at the University of Chicago, teaching courses in biomedical informatics. Educational credentials include an Executive M.B.A. from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
