Nadia Hasan

Nadia Hasan is the Deputy General Counsel at UnitedHealth Group, specializing in AI, Technology, and Intellectual Property. They previously served as a Senior Associate General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at UnitedHealthcare, where they managed complex litigation and Medicaid procurement. Before joining UnitedHealthcare, Hasan was a founding partner at Cozen O'Connor's Minneapolis office and worked as an attorney at O'Meara, Leer, Wagner & Kohl, P.A. They earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BA in English from the University of Minnesota.
