Suzanne Rogers

Suzanne Rogers is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in total rewards and employee benefits. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Capital and Vice President of Employee Benefits at UnitedHealth Group since September 2018, Suzanne has previously held senior leadership roles at Surgical Care Affiliates and Health Inventures, LLC. Notably, at Health Inventures, Suzanne directed HR activities for over 500 employees and established an international subsidiary. Additional experience includes management positions at Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Systems, where Suzanne oversaw HR functions during the transition from public to private ownership, and at various organizations where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to enhance organizational effectiveness. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from George Mason University.
